Frequently asked questions
Renewal questions
When should renewal begin?
Credential holders should begin before expiry so there is time to complete missing education, resolve changes and supply evidence.
Does renewal happen automatically?
No. Renewal requires an application, declarations, fee and any required continuing-education or audit evidence.
What if a licence or insurance status changes?
Material changes relevant to the credential must be disclosed. RSM will determine credential implications within its authority.
What happens after expiry?
The final policy will define late renewal, reinstatement and when a full new application is required.

RSM credentials are education-based professional-development pathways. They do not replace licences, permits, statutory credentials, professional engineering authority, municipal approval or employer responsibility. Planned requirements and fees may be refined before applications or payments open.
